DCN on line, needs ODC`s checking

Hi,

I was having one issues with my line dropping and in general even though it’s the best it’s ever been now at 69.8Mbps the downstream always comes back as low for my line, which is estimated a 296.1 metres. At the end of my street on either side there are two green boxes, would it matter which I was connected to?

Also what does DCN on line and needs ODC’s checking mean, I don’t want to call an engineer out and get charged a fee.
