Customer service - a happy tale!

Came back from holiday on Friday to find my connection was messing around and speeds were low, still the same Saturday morning so raised a support ticket.

Got a call to my mobile Saturday lunchtime saying checks showed a fault on the line and would need an Openreach engineer to look at it, this was booked in for Monday morning.

Monday morning the engineer turned up before 12, found a fault near my property where the connectors had had water ingress so changed the connectors and all has been fine since.

So, less than 48hrs from reporting the fault to getting it fixed, and that was over a weekend.

Have to say, you hear lots of complaints about customer service and faults etc, but this was just excellent....
