Current speeds are very slow

I'm currently experiencing 0.91Mbps download speed and 1.32Mbps upload. Not quite my "guaranteed" speed

I'm having issues again where I'm not getting the minimum guaranteed speed. I'm getting 29Mbps where the minimum is 32Mbps. My neighbour is getting speeds of 55Mbps on Sky Broadband and also double the upload speed of what I'm getting. Upload is usually only around 2.5Mbps

Hi @Glewis1, together with our network partners at Openreach we are prioritising customers who don’t have a phone line or broadband connection, meaning there might be a delay in Speed Faults being fixed. In the meantime, please raise your speed fault online at faults.plus.net.
