Current speed lower than minium guaranteed speed

Hi, I'm on Unlimited Fibre Extra and have been on it for a few years but over the past month or so my current line speed has been lower than the minimum guaranteed speed. It was consistantly around 70 down but it's over the past month it's been 51 and it says guarantted of 57.2.

Hi

i have been experiencing the same, but much lower speeds.

also still getting too many drops more frequently than ever now!

im sick to the back teeth with all of this. I have work to do, but it’s taking me more time as now the connection is unstable/ unreliable.

Together with our network partners at Openreach we are prioritising customers who don’t have a phone line or broadband connection, meaning there might be a delay in Speed Faults being fixed. In the meantime, please raise your speed fault online at faults.plus.net.
