Current Line Speed

Good afternoon.

My current line speed is sitting at 40Mbps. The line is capable of 80Mbps. I have been regularly seeing around 38Mbps. After the speed changes at the start of the month I was expecting to see nearer 50Mbps as I believe my package should offer up to 52Mbps.
Does my profile need a bump?

Managed to check remotely via TeamViewer and I'm now seeing 51Mbps. Brilliant. Thanks again.
