Current Line Speed stuck

If anyone is around could they kick my line speed up please, It says 7.8 and I am connected at 9975. It is very quick to drop if you have a one off event but it never seems to go back on its own. Many thanks in advance for any help.

Hey Mike, the profile is set to 9mbps on our side already. 

Are you connecting over LAN or WiFi?

Hi Adam, I connect via lan only and it must have changed inbetween me asking and you checking as I have just checked myself and can see it is at 9 but when I asked it was only 7.8, Would you believe it it must have done it automatically as it should. Thank you very much for checking for me though it is very much appreciated. Thanks again....
