Current Line Speed less than BT IP Profile for over a day

How long does it take for the plusnet system to catch up, its been like this for over a day so far?

The time it takes can vary and would be based on a delta report coming through to us from our suppliers.

I've manually updated the profile on our side for you so it should be closer to your sync speed now.

You may need to disconnect/reconnect for it to take affect on your side.
