Current Line Speed Issue

Hello, I have an open ticket for this but response times are very slow at the minute: #95562176
I had a BT engineer come out yesterday to rectify a 'loop' fault with my line which is now sorted but my current line speed is set at 3.6 Mb for some reason and multiple speed tests confirm this is what I am getting.
Can this be reset/upped please. I was getting a solid 35-40Mb down and 15Mb up previously.

Hi there.
Unfortunately as your on Fibre we aren't able to reset the line remotely.
This can only be done by a Openreach engineer.
Our tests are still showing a issue with the line so I've passed that to our supplier to investigate further.
We'll be in touch as soon as we know more.
