Sorry to hear you're having issues with the wireless side of things.
The logs you've provided aren't showing any particular issues although you appear to be using a 3rd party router so it may be worth getting the manufacturer to confirm.
Have you tried changing the wireless channel?

Its been on 13 for 5 years plus. Sudden drop to kbps varies during day/night.
Goes from kbps and crippling use of net. Then magically full whack 45mb sometimes. in between it rises straight to 45mb and decreases to kbps in speedtests.
HOT VLAN???

I'm sorry that you're experiencing connection problems. I've tested your line but the test hasn't picked up any problems from here and your line is currently syncing at 47mbps, which is slightly above the estimates of 30.7 - 45mbps:

If you're not experiencing any problems on wired connections, I'd recommend contacting the router manufacturer so that they can further assist with the wireless problems. Alternatively, if you've still got your Plusnet router it might be worth swapping to it.

Any particular reason why you're not using the Plusnet Hub One? The Asus only has a 2.4GHz radio, so is less capable on paper from a wi-fi perspective.
