I’ve tried using the BTWholesale speed test to check my IP profile but it just shows an error every time when selecting further diagnostics. My download speed is slower than my sync speed.
Don’t worry now. I had the SNR manually decreased on my router and there where a large numbers of CRC errors on the download. I have changed and the sync now matches the download.
