Re: Contract

Log on to the Plusnet Members Centre account summary at https://portal.plus.net/my.html?s=0&action=account_summary . You will need to log in.
Look for a line which looks like or similar (name changes on product type)
" Unlimited Fibre £0(upon cancellation) Complete"
And there will be a zero amount if you are not of contract.

Why do you say that? Just curious.

Re: Contract

I made the mistake of leaving Plusnet and join over to BT (due to their eye catching offers and features) but their customer service is abysmal.
Once they increased their prices I left BT and came back to Plusnet.

Re: Contract

For the sake of the children, do not go to BT!
I ditched them due to the worst customer service in my 47 years on this planet. Their service is shocking I was getting dropouts with the HH5 Type A almost every 15 minutes and they did nothing about it in 3 months before I got out of contract and came here.
Still have the odd issue but trust me PlusNet staff are (in general) far better than the BT India squad who either don't have a clue or don't want to know.
I'm not a religious man but I'll never use BT again, in this life or any other for that matter.

@Jockwav
Due to forum rules. You can't quote the last post. Which what you had done in this case.
