Constantly losing my connection

Everything was fine up till a couple of weeks ago - since then I'm constantly getting disconnected - both Wifi and Ethernet devices - the Router loses it's internet connection for a minute or two before sometimes recovering- but sometimes hangs until a power-off and on.

 

Is there a way to access the Visual Radius graph to see if the disconnects are being registered at Plusnet end?

Hi there,

Sorry that you're having disconnection problems.

Looking at the connection logs, there are a few showing but not a large amount:

 

I've also tested the line directly and we're not seeing disconnections through that method either.

 

When you lose connection do you happen to notice the lights on the modem/router and see if they change?
