@Gandalf I need your mighty wand my friend. Connection has been dropping every 2-4 min over the last few hours which I'm sure you can see. I've done all the standard tests and they've come up with nothing.
DLM is freaking out due all the d/c's and the sync speeds are laughable for the 2-4 min I can actually use this. It's taken me over 20 min to get this posted here for help.

Hi there. I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing connection problems.
Our tests are finding a potential fault on the Openreach network, which I've raised to our suppliers now.
We'd expect an update within the next 3 working days.

@Gandalf Thanks for the update. Will OpenReach reset the DLM once they've done the fix? Obviously the sync is silly due to all the drops so I'm hoping that they'll do that to save me waiting x days for the DLM to see it's stable.

Already sent this in as a ticket reply but just wanted to say thank you as always for the support. The UK staff here are amazing and are such a breath of fresh air compared to other ISPs I've been with.

We've not received any further updates from our suppliers so I'll leave your ticket open in the hands with our faults team and they'll get back to you when we do have an update.

Updated my ticket. After a brief period of being back at normal speeds it's back to being extremely unreliable.
*edit* Case in point just now while posting this the line dropped AGAIN. I try to be patient and understanding but this has been affecting my income for too long now. It would be nice if Openreach could do their god damn bloody job for once.
