Constantly Being Dropped

Hi there,

Can anyone look into this, please ? For around the last month my fibre internet drops out a few times each day. It's getting beyond a joke. Then I find I just have to wait for it to make the router light up blue again. If I start the resetting and checking exercises I find it comes back on WHILE I'm doing them !! It drops out for a few minutes every time.

Would you show me a graph the same way I've seen you do for other customers with the same problem, please, as well ?

Thanks, Matthew. I checked the times I'd recorded on the 10th.....off 10.15pm-10.30pm, off 11.42pm-11.45pm, off 11.46pm-11.49pm and it looks like it showed up though the graph's not that easy to make sense of. It looks like it showed you something occurring at the times I'd recorded.
