Constant issues with Plusnet

Getting so annoyed with Plusnet is an understatement atm.

huge packet loss like many and i fixed it by having a static ip, now ive got a connection constant on the router but the net goes on and off constantly! Can someone from Plusnet please contact me and advise if this is an issue with your network or do some tests or something because im close to the point of getting a MAC sorted

Yeah i'm noticing that this morning, too.

Started around 7.55am, had a couple of PPP session drops and now...yeah can't do anything that requires a constant connection 😐

Same here. They switched me to a static for a work around fix for gaming issues. This morning is constant lag and dc's, even for browsing. Paying a premium price for fibre and getting a terrible service

I honestly thought to god that this week couldn't had gotten worse but no in fact this has to be the worst week ever. Bad stuff has happened, and today I finally get a break only to wake up and barely do anything online. Constant DC, slow buffer to even watch a movie, can not seem to check my mail, can't even access my TV because it requires internet access, can not even chat online long enough. I don't know what happened last night but whatever it is get it bloody fixed.

I had severe packet loss for weeks, after 2 weeks waiting for a reply from fault report team i decided to buy static IP, it fixed my issues, everything was grand for a few weeks. Now, this morning my internet won't last for more than a minute before disconnecting. Still haven't had a reply from my fault reports weeks ago lol. This better not be another month long kerfuffle.

In the same boat as you guys such a shame as plusnet use to be a company id recommend
