Constant failing of connection

Have had BT Infinity for a couple of years, been BT ciustomer for 30 odd years, changed to Plusnet Fibre & my connection drops out about 5 - qo times a day, this never happened with BT. The router is in the exact sme place? Has anyone got any ideas, nothing has changed no new electrical equipent in the house, no xmas tre lights near.

Are you using a Plusnet router? If so, which model?

Affecting all devices or just wireless ones?

Router is I assume is the latest model just sent me in December, it turns to flashing orange, sometimes constant orange

diagnostics don't show an obvious reason for this so I'd recommend trying another router as the next step and reporting a fault if you see no difference: http://faults.plus.net
