Constant drops after midnight.

Hello and good evening, Just resigned up to my plusnet service in manchester city centre and unfortunatly im getting loads of drops after midnight, it seems to be running fine throughout the day though? but as soon as midnight hits it drops but the router doesnt seem to turn orange or have any effect. Im connected through a powerline adapter Im also getting questionable speeds but i believe thats a whole seperate issue. Any way to trace this down?

Hi @DanCon44, I'm sorry for the issues you are experiencing.

I've tested the line and it's picking up a potential impairment in the copper joint towards the premise.

I'd advise having a run through our troubleshooting here and getting your router connected in the test socket as shown here. I'd also advise temporarily disconnecting the powerline adapters so that they can be ruled out. 

Once done, if you raise the fault to us here and let us know once done, we'll pick this up for you.
