Constant dropouts with fibre broadband.

I am suffering constant dropouts of my fibre broadband. The light on my router goes orange, then re-connects itself after about 2 or 3 minutes. This happens multiple times a day (3 times during one Netflix episode last night) and is driving me mad. This problem has been happening since I initially moved to fibre but it has got to the stage where I can no longer live with it. I have tried replacing all the filters, running the hub off the main phone socket, changing connection cables all to no avail. Please investigate - I have attempted to phone but the waiting time is always upwards of 30 minutes and I do not have that time free at the moment.

Thanks for getting in touch.
I can see the drops that are affecting your connection but having tested your line no external faults exist at present. I'd suggest running through the troubleshooting here and if that doesn't resolve the situation, raise a fault here so that we can ask our suppliers to investigate this further for you.
