Constant drop outs

Been running plusnet fibre for several months with no issues.

Wednesday night we had some drop outs, same again yesterday morning for an hour or two. But this morning is constant drop, reconnect, repeat every couple of minutes or so.

Nothing has been unplugged or altered, all, connections are the same.

It is possible to get a line check / fault check please?

I'm sorry you're having drops in connection and I apologise for the frustration caused. I've performed some remote testing on your service and an external phone fault has been identified. I've raised this to our suppliers and provided a more detailed response over this support ticket for you.
