Constant disconnects

Hi, I posted a while ago about almost daily PPPOE disconnects and tests didn't show anything. Recently the problem started happening a few times a day and today it's been up and down constantly, disconnecting roughly every 10 minutes in the last hour - the last few disconnects have been after 2 minutes and 1 minute of uptime. Is there maintenance going on on the line, or is this some local hardware problem? Thanks

I've raised this to our suppliers for further investigation and opened a fault ticket on the account. We will let you know when we have an update.

Hi, has there been any update on this? The problem has got better over time than it was when I reported it. I haven't noticed any disconnects in the last 24 hrs but being back at work I may have missed them. Is it possible to see a graph of uptime for the last week or so (RADIUS)?
