My broadband fibre hub is constantly disconnecting. Whilst I've been sitting here typing this, it's flashed red at least 4 times and earlier on today it disconnected at least 5 times in the space of half hour.
Any chance one of the staff can look into this for me? I spend 25 mins on hold on the phone and then ended up getting cut off!!
It will probably save you some time, and get a more accurate description of your problem, and will help eliminate any of your own equipment, and therefore possible charges should an engineer come out and find issues on your equipment.
Oh and should lead you to a link to report a fault!
