Constant disconnections

Hi!

Only really had this issue today. Having constant disconnection issues with the orange and hub light being lit.

Tried factory resetting and loging back in via the portal which fixes it for maybe 10/15 minutes at a time

I'm really sorry to see you've been having a lot of drops in your connection today.

I've had a look at this for you and there's a major service problem logged in your area with Openreach.

We're expecting this to be fully sorted by later tonight (22:56:35 to be precise) but if you're still having issues tomorrow or there's anything else you'd need help with, feel free to post back and we'll be happy to take another look.
