Constant connection drop outs

Hi, I started a new fibre broadband contract with you in January and the connection has had daily dropouts for the whole contract. I’ve spoken to advisors a number of times, changed the channel, they’ve ‘smoothed out’ the connection. I’m having to reset the router a lot to try to pick up a connection. I’m not a heavy user - one person household, often just trying to stream a video or load a website. The odd thing is that I was with John Lewis broadband for the previous year which is PlusNet by another name and had no problems.
No rush for a reply, the world is mad right now, any advice you have would be appreciated.
