Since I've started having to work from home, I'm required to connect to my work's remote environment through a VPN.
Every so often, my connection will either completely drop or the speed will slow to a snails pace. This will go on for 5 or 10 minutes before returning to normal, and is happening every 30 minutes or so.
I'm connected to the same VPN as all my colleagues via the same configuration they are, but no one else seems to be suffering the same connection issues that I am, so I don't think it's an issue with the VPN.
Is Plusnet throttling VPN usage in any way? It's pretty important so that I can use it properly for my work.
My connection is totally fine when the VPN is turned off.
