Constant Broadband drop outs

Hi,

I have been with plusnet for almost 3 Months now but for the last Month and a half I have been experiencing consistant drop outs daily. This makes the use of the service very frustrating. I understand there are drop outs occasionally with most IP's but I have never suffered anything like this.

I've been informed the forum this is the easiest and quickest way to get things fixed so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there, 

 

We are seeing evidence of connection drops, especially in the evening: 

 

I've tested the line and we're not seeing any obvious reasons for it so the best thing to do next would be to go through the troubleshooting checks here:

Once those have been completed you can report a fault over at http://faults.plus.net
