Everything is still good, although my speed is still at 15mbps is the reduced speed due to DLM still being in effect?

DLM looks OK now at 40mbps, but it seems that your account hasn't caught up.

I've given it a nudge now. Can you reboot your router letting us know how your speeds are afterwards please?
