Consistantly slow fibre speed

When we changed from ADSL to fibre our download speed was initially around 30Mbs but over the last few months our speed has dropped to a consistant 13.84Mbs. We have carried out all the steps to check for faults at our end including connecting via ethernet cable but the results are the same. Any thoughts?

Our tests are showing a profile mismatch on your line.

Could you tell me how long it will take to sort the profile mismatch we talked about on Friday?

Unfortunately the fault checker seemed to stall, so it's not reported the issue on correctly. I've just done that manually and we should have more information in the next 48 hours. Sorry for the delay.

Well Acording to the forum there are 3 staff online

A second visit by an Openreach engineer who changed an obsolete socket fixed the problem.
