Connectivity issues and latency
I have been suffering from really bad sporadic connectivity recently. The last remote line test you guys performed came back ok however I still seeing issues. The connection seems stable and speeds are what I am told are to be expected but the latency is terrible and at times totally unusable. Please see attached
Can you please do another line check for me?

Thank you for reaching our via our Community Forum regarding your connection. Latency is quite a tricky one from our prospective, as there are a range of factors which can have an impact on it, such as the external servers used by external services.
Saying that however, I've run some tests on your line and have found that it is banded at 11.4Mbps, however your sync speed is not reaching this value. I've raised this mater with our suppliers to have them lo0ok into it. No internal engineer appointments are required at this stage.
Our Technical Support Team will keep this under review and will provide further updates accordingly.if you're interested, I've attached our test results to this post as well.
