Connection

Hi, I have recently switched to yourselves and have had nothing but trouble since. I am in a 2 bedroom flat and the Wi-fi doesn’t reach to the bedrooms and also constantly drops in and out. I have just upgraded the Wi-fi to see if that will help but could you please test my connection/line to see if there’s any faults we’ve had many suppliers over the years and never had this issue. My current download speed is 21.7 and upload speed is 9.4

Hi @Akeane,

 

I'm sorry to hear that you have been having problems with your connection since moving to us. I've tested your line but the test hasn't picked up any problems from here and shows that it should currently be syncing at the full 40mbps down and 10mbps up. Is this issue solely affecting your wireless connections or are wired connections affected too?
