Connection

New to plusnet, there was a delay on the internet from there side.. ive had no internet for 1 week now, recieved an email today saying my internet should be up and running.. but it is still not connecting. Im not sure what im supposed to do.. does anyone have any advice?

Phone them and ask them to confirm when your service is really going live. The emails can be sent out early sometimes by a number of days.

If today is your live day, it can be completed anytime up to midnight although it is normally within the 8am to 6pm window.
