Connection still dropping after overnight maintenance?

I note that there was maintenance overnight this week, but my connection is still up and down, mostly down this morning since 9am (first time I tried).
Is this normal?
I am in Ilford area on London/Essex area

If your connection is dropping outside of these times it won't be down to maintenance.

Our tests are showing a external fault so we'll get that raised for you.

Hi,

I did phone in a few days ago and your colleague did a diagnostic.

We suspect it may be the filter part of the openreach faceplate - I removed and put a filter in its place and things seem better. So, I have ordered a replacement faceplate.
