Hello. Had a problem a few months ago with fibre broadband. Red light on hub for a few days. Rang customer services and they said it was a problem with it coming into our property. An openreach technician came out and they said it was the router. A new router was sent out and up until now we've had no problems until I've come home and the red light is back on. Ive done all the checks as the guidelines say. I can't log into the hub manager either. Where do I go from there?
I'm really sorry for the issues experienced, I can see that there was a loss of connection for around 5 hours yesterday but since it returned it's been stable. I have tested the line but this hasn't picked anything up that may have caused the drop.
If the issue returns it may be worth getting connected into your test socket and logging a fault here.
