In recent weeks I have been experiencing connection issues with World of Warcraft, including sudden disconnects and hangs when the game attempts to load me into a different instanced area. (These are separate from the recent DDOS attacks). After speaking with other players who've been experiencing this it seems the common thread is that we're all Plusnet users. I would be very grateful if Plusnet could look into this issue for me.

Both of my sons play this game and are in fact playing it now, and have had no issues as I'm the second to know about it. The only exception being the aforementioned DDoS attack earlier in the month and certainly nothing related Plusnet connectivity.

That's nice for them but I don't see how that helps me.
Perhaps you could ask them if they've had any issues with the game hanging on loading screens, or if they're getting one of the BLZ errors.

I was simply trying to say that the issues you are having are not being experienced by all Plusnet users. I've just asked and none of them are having any issues with loading screens or indeed any Blizzard related errors. Sorry I can't be of more help.

Also experiencing the same issues here. There is a thread on the World of Warcraft forums too regarding it, seems so far everyone experiencing the issue is with Plusnet. Its not a huge sample size but I'd say enough to not be a coincidence either. Thread can be found here:
http://eu.battle.net/forums/en/wow/topic/17613321716
I have also followed Blizzard's troubleshooting (https://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/718) and all my traceroutes are failing after the network: nl-ams2.eu.bt.net [166.49.208.x]. Copies of the traceroutes below to IPs :
185.60.112.157
185.60.112.158
185.60.114.159
Naturally I have no idea if the next hop would be Blizzard or not but if I understand correctly it is Plusnets responsibility to investigate in this scenario.
I shall direct others to this thread and mention it so they can keep apprised of the situation.

Welcome to the forums.
You may have the issue that Bob Pullen linked to above in message 5 which is here https://community.plus.net/t5/Fibre-Broadband/High-packet-loss-and-other-DNS-issues/td-p/1354749

This is not packet loss per say as I am getting 100% loss and it always fails after the same network. This appears to be more of a loss of connection or routing issue. Unless the problem has just got worse or something has been taken down for now while the issue is being worked on. If that is the case an update to say something is happening would be appreciated.

Hi, I've been having these issues mentioned in this post for about 3-4 days now which is making my game unplayable. This seems to be linked to Plusnet in some way as by pure chance we discovered on the technical forums for WoW that we're all PN customers! I can't change zones without dc'ing, multiple login attemps are needed.
I appear to be getting 100% packet loss to Blizzard and Blizzard to me (after using their tool to check).
As for the link you supply, I'll be brutally honest and say I have no idea what people are saying in that thread, but how does it help me, a paying customer, fix whatever issue is causing these DC's and desyncs? Is there a solution in that thread or at least an acknowledgement from PN that there are issues?

The thread does acknowledge a problem and they are working on it but it is 3 weeks now. It was just a option to look at, not a definitive answer.
Your problem maybe different, if you've logged it with Plusnet then it will be investigated. Faults can be reported at https://faults.plus.net

Could it be related to this? Would probably be about the time it started... (From BT website RE: BT infinity)

Update 1: Investigations remain ongoing.
We're really sorry but we've got a problem at the moment in the Ipswich area, which means that some of our customers will be having trouble getting online. We're trying to fix the problem as quickly as we can.
Please revisit this page for further updates.

You would need to phone/Chat with Plusnet to get any confirmation of that.
Plusnet haven't posted any degradation to their services but that doesn't mean that there are any localised issues. They tend to report only major issues. The status page is all green ticks http://www.plus.net/supportpages.html?a=2

I had this issue a few weeks back, then it was resolved. Now I've got it again on launch night. Plusnet have been nothing but garbage, problem after problem. I'm done, this is the final straw for me.

This seems to linked to how busy WoW is too. I was playing fine this afternoon, now its near launch and the login servers are starting to get a little busy once I'm logged in I can't even get past the login screen. Just hangs at about 90% progress on the loading screen.
For myself this is another problem in a list of problems we have had since joining Plusnet. Chose them as they seemed the best value for money. I guess we are getting what we pay for in terms of support. Urgent issues that are only urgent as long as its not a weekend or bank holiday.
I hope they do fix this but my mind set is currently changing to wondering how long this needs to go on before it becomes an unacceptable level of denial of service and i decide to try and end my contract early.
