Connection problems this evening

From 68/19 to 60/11 ... might have lost connection at some point as my movie i was downloading via sky movies stopped and it said i had no internet connection.

I've also spotted the increase in posts on this topic and asked a few questions in This thread.  Insufficient evidence to escalate yet - but I'll watch progress.

I raised this topic as a query in the (linked post) to seek advice from the networks team.

The response by @JonoH in that thread may give a clue to similar issues elsewhere in the network?  Difficult to be specific as scheduled upgrades to improve capacity are taking place in many exchanges.

@MauriceC if they are updating hardware somewhere surely this should be notified on the service updates ?

Not always!   Adding line cards to an existing rack would soon swamp other data.
