Connection offline since yesterday night

Hi

My dsl light turned off last night about 9pm. I'm getting the same error I got last time I had an outage - timeout waiting for pado packets. Landlines worked fine, tried usual router reset etc and changing my password.

Any idea what's happening? I have logged a fault but would appreciate someone at plus net taking a look today. I'm at work right now so can't do any further testing

Our tests aren't showing the cause for the dropped connection, but I can see it's back up again now:

Hi

Sorry for the late reply. It seems to be working ok now. Bit annoying though, it was down for quite a long time. Is it possible that the heavy rain on 25/4 managed to get into the cab and break something? Then maybe an openreach engineer fixed it the next day.

 

Btw, The reason for the disconnects on Mondays is my router automatically rebooting about 4am.

It's hard to tell I'm afraid.

It doesn't look to have been down to a outage so it may be that a engineer working on a different issue managed to fix yours at the same time.
