Hi, I seem to be dropping my fibre connection on an almost daily basis. The red light is flashing on the hub and I lose both WiFi signals (2.4ghz and 5ghz).
Is it possible to see if it is my connection, line or if the router is junk?

I forgot to mention, I'm connected to the master socket and don't have a landline connected. I've also not changed any of my configuration for at least 2 years

Sorry to hear you're having connection issues.
I've asked our products guys to update the firmware in your router which should fix this.
Failing this we'd need to arrange an engineer to investigate further but our faults team should be in touch shortly.
