Hi all.
I'm not sure if there's a problem in S3 with connections, but this afternoon my Fibre's gone down, leading to Sky Q TV not working, I tried to ring Plusnet, and after being on hold for 10 minutes I gave up and rang Sky, who managed to sort out the problem by resetting my box.
Anyway, I'm still having connection problems in the interim, and the downloads on Xbox are a bit on the slow side, I'm on the top package for up to 76 Mbps, and my downloads get up to about 55 Mbps at best.
Last time I had an Engineer out in 2014 when I was on PN, the guy told me Plusnet throttles Xbox in favour of the Sony consoles, is this still the case?
Fixed! Go to the fix.

No, and AFAIK, that 2014 engineer was talking manure as well.

Thanks for your post @MrAllen2021
I'm sorry for the issues you've had with your connection. I'll respond to your post Here shortly as noise on your line would likely be the underlying cause of the problems with your broadband.

It turns out the problem is a faulty master socket.
Dad says he'll investigate when we go down to the Flat tomorrow morning.
He's a trained Electrician, I'd rather not fork out the 65 quid for an Openreach Engineer's visit if I can help it.

No problem @MrAllen2021
As per my post Here you shouldn't be charged if there's an issue in the test socket
