Connection issues

Hi over the last few days my router has been slowing flashing red bar, maybe 2/3 times a day. And then its fine once it comes back on.

I've just been looking into this, our logs are showing up the disconnections you've mentioned on some days more than others

I've just been running diagnostics which are showing a potential issue with a "high resistance joint" being detected. 

We can usually get these resolved without the need for an engineer visit so I'll get it reported now for you.
