Connection intermittently dropping

I've checked the line as per your video but connection still intermittently drops.  Could you look at my line please?

Hi wolfey, 

 

I've just been looking into this. Broadband and line diagnostics don't reveal any obvious issues but I do still recommend reporting a fault as your next step. That can be done over at http://faults.plus.net
