Connection gone bad

My connection looks to have had a bad day on Saturday and hasn't recovered. Can somebody have a look at this for me please and maybe give it a little reset? The connection is working just now, but very slowly and a little hit and miss sometimes.
Thank you.

Re: Connection gone bad

Unfortunately on FTTC we don't have the tools to perform a remote reset of the line. To reset a line we need to go through the faults process and an engineer needs to do this after they've rectified a problem. I'd suggest going through https://faults.plus.net so we can take a more detailed look at what's happening and see what needs to be done.

Re: Connection gone bad

Hi Chris,
I completed the troubleshooter, but the connection failed while I was doing it. Found that the Openreach modem had lost sync. Anyway the troublshooter says it has raised a ticket, and I will wait for a response.

Hi there,
It looks like we need to arrange an engineers visit, can you reply to the ticket with the best dates and times so we can get this booked in for you.
