Connection failed and no phone support!

Connection failed and no phone support!

Recently got connected at new home... all worked fine for 48hrs. This morning router is red with no broadband... phone line works fine and managed to get through on the landline to Plusnet, but all I get is "... no support at the moment" and then I'm cut off.
Seriously stuck trying to complete a major project from home that needs big files sending to a customer!
I've tried un-plugging and re-power, tried restarting router and computer, eventually got into the router hub settings and checked user name and password were OK.... Strangely if I re-set back to factory settings it does bring on the blue light (it's then using setup@plusdsl.net - not my user name) but it won't let me go to a webpage. Would I be right in thinking they've disconnected my account?
Any help much appreciated.

Eventually got through to support (you have to keep trying on the phone!)... told that my connection hadn't been configured fully and after a couple of attempts they got me back on-line!
Happy now!!
