Hello all, new here.
Last night and this morning we've been experiencing an odd issue when the fibre connection drops (flashing green DSL light on the fibre modem) for 10-20 mins (or more) at a time and we also get a discernible crackling on the phone line.
The connection then comes back - is this just due to service maintenance or is something else going on? Latest drop was the this morning from at least 7am until about 7.30am.
Any ideas?
Cheers

Wecome to the forum
That is a characteristic of a line problem and is most often cured by reporting a telephone noise fault to your phone provider (don't mention fibre/broadband). Calling when the noise is present can be useful
Have you tried a quiet line test when the internet seems fine (dial 17070 select option 2)?

Let us know how the quiet line test goes, if there's noise on the line let us know and we'll get this reported.
Have you added any new electrical devices in your house since the 23rd (when the disconnections started)?
