Hey everyone,
So for the past 3 days i have had the connection drop from all devices (wifi and ethernet) on Monday it was happening every 5 - 10 minutes which continues all day and most of the evening/night. since then is has been a little better with drops every hour or so. i have tried all the usual fixes from restarts to full router resets etc and run down the troubleshooting check list as well.
the router is the Plusnet hub 1.
the light goes orange with the orange broadband light coming on.
it did show a red light at one point but i haven't seen that since Monday.
As with everyone else right now i am stuck at home working as is my housemate so its impacting that heavily right now.
any help would be hugely appreciated as i am tearing my hair out at the moment and i love my hair. i would like to keep it on my head if possible 😊
