Connection dropping

Hi recently I've been getting connection issues with fibre. Like the router just flashing orange and taking a while to reconnect.

We've tested your line and it's showing an issue that would need an engineer to visit to your property to resolve.

Can you raise the fault here and then post back once you've done so?

This will allow us to get your issue picked up straight away and escalated to the relevant team
