Ever since my installation, the Internet is dropping out frequently. Is there something that can be done, please? It's not really workable.

Mine is doing the same which impossible when trying to wfh! Have plusnet helped? Is it working better now?

I ended up direct messaging @plusnethelp on Twitter with the details. They responded yesterday that a fault had been identified on my line, and an OpenReach engineer would resolve the issue on Monday evening. So, I guess we'll see.
