Connection dropping, is this normal?

Is it normal for connection to drop like this. Every speed test I have done it does it on, spoke to plusnet and their answer was to change wireless channels but it does it on every channel. I only signed up in September and thinking of leaving them already as they aren't fulfilling their part of the contract. Never had service this bad before Sad

Re: Connection dropping, is this normal?

Have you been able to try a wired connection to make sure it's a issue with the wireless?

Are you in the test socket?  It is probably your wireless causing it.

Yes, it is normal.

Re: Connection dropping, is this normal?

Apparently it is the wi-fi causing it. I have spoken to them again today and been told to go back to Smart wi-fi and see how it goes but it was doing it when I was on that. I feel like banging my head against the wall.

Re: Connection dropping, is this normal?

Its the worse wi-fi in the world if this is normal, I can get a better connection in the pubs in the town centre.
I can't even use the wi-fi on my mobile phone as its that bad even if i'm within inches of my router, I have to use my mobile date.
