Connection dropping intermittently

The connection drops out around 5 times daily since switching from Now Broadbands two weeks ago. The big blue light flashes orange then kicks back to blue after 5-10 minutes. For reference this would happen once every few days on Now. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @Nataliejones90 

As the problem was also happening, albeit less frequently, with NOW TV there may be an issue with the telephone line.

I recommend following the troubleshooting process at:

https://faults.plus.net

It is especially important to plug the router into the BT test socket, behind the master Telephone socket front cover; if you have the type of master socket which supports that test.

If the troubleshooting reveals that the problem is likely to be outside your house, a fault will be raised with Plusnet.
