Connection dropping frequently, devices show as connected but aren't

I'm looking at the event logs, this morning my router decided to prevent my Firestick from connecting, my sky box from connecting, my iPhone and my iPad.   I've restarted the router more times than I can think, I've switched off 5g wireless, restarted, reenabled it and still my firestick won't connect, my phone is useless and my broadband drops connection every few minutes.
