Connection dropping - can you please help?

Hi there


Could you please help me with my connection? It's dropping almost daily. You have sent me a new router but the issue persists. I also followed a thread on here about not syncing the 2.4 and 5ghz but the connection still drops.

 

Last time it happened was about 10 minutes ago.

 

I'd appreciate if you could help me. Thanks

Hello there, 

 

I've checked your account and we're only seeing the odd disconnection every few days which in all honest can be quite normal for any connection. 

 

As you've mentioned changing WiFi settings you might want to check if the connection drops over a cabled connection to the router too.
