Connection dropping 5 or more times in last hour - Maidstone

Hi,
My router is disconnecting from fibre frequently. This started to my knowledge at about 2ish today. Plusnet has been stable for months for me - is there an issue, or can someone check for me?

Just browse the forums. You are not the only one. Happens to me every day. Plusnet said no fault on line.

I am sorry to hear this, I can see the drops on your line but testing is coming back with no fault found. 

If you haven't already done so, I would first advise having a run through our troubleshooting steps here:  https://www.plus.net/help/broadband/connection-troubleshooting/ and getting your router connected into the test socket for the time being as shown here: https://community.plus.net/t5/Library/Testing-From-The-Master-Socket/ba-p/1322242

If the issues then persist whilst in the test socket please log a fault here with us: https://faults.plus.net and if you let us know once done, we can investigate further.
